The service and your account

AI Campaign Studio helps you create and save AI images, videos and marketing assets. Bissolux is the operator; the service is distinct from external AI models and ad platforms. Keep your sign-in information private and use an account you are authorized to control. Do not access another account, share stolen credentials or interfere with the service.

Review the privacy notice for processing of your account and creative inputs. These product terms do not replace rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Content, rights and AI limitations

Use prompts, products, people’s likenesses, audio and other media only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not create illegal content, sexual content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, harassment or unsafe material. Marketing creative remains subject to these rules and to the selected provider’s policies; no model is offered as unrestricted.

Outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for a particular use. Review product identity, text, claims, rights and ad-platform requirements before publishing. The service does not guarantee sales, conversions, ad approval, exclusive output rights, copyright protection or exact reproduction of a reference. It does not automatically publish ads. You remain responsible for the final material and its use.

Reference uploads and prompts are processed to perform the actions you request, including sharing the needed inputs with the chosen AI provider. Provider-specific commercial-use conditions also apply. Use Report output on a completed creation for harmful or unauthorized results, or contact Support.

Monthly plans, credit limits and renewal

A monthly plan contains the credit allowance and recurring price shown in the current catalog or approved store product. The exact model, input, resolution and duration determine each generation’s server quote. A large credit number does not mean unlimited generation or a fixed number of videos. Review each quote and explicitly choose Create.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless renewal is cancelled through the original purchase channel. Applicable tax and the final payable total are shown at checkout or by the store. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the verified paid period without rollover. Previously purchased non-expiring credit balances remain separate. No trial, discount or unlimited-use promise is implied.

Subscribers with a verified paid monthly period may purchase additional credits separately. On the website, choose a custom quantity and review its quoted one-time Stripe payment. In the mobile app, approved consumable credit products use the price shown by the app store. These top-ups do not renew or change the subscription, and purchased credits do not expire.

Live jobs reserve their quoted credits before provider submission. Confirmed completed work spends its reservation; definite failures release held credits according to the paid period’s expiry and refund state. An uncertain provider outcome can remain reserved for review, rather than being resubmitted automatically. Frames and separate variations have their own costs.

Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Turn off renewal with the store account that made the purchase. For Stripe web subscriptions, open Plans & credits in the workspace menu and choose Manage billing or Cancel renewal before deleting your account.

You can request account deletion without waiting for a paid period to end. Review and acknowledge any continuing subscription before confirming deletion.

Purchases and refund requests follow the original payment channel and applicable rights. Ending renewal does not by itself produce a refund. Contact Support for billing issues.

Availability, enforcement and changes

Model access, generation time, formats and storage availability can vary. Samples are labelled and do not establish live output quality or speed. Failed or declined requests remain visible; switching a provider or creating another paid request requires your own action.

The operator may investigate abuse, restrict access to protect users or the service, and make changes to supported models and features. Material pricing and billing conditions must be shown before a new purchase. No specific uptime, financial result or approval outcome is promised.

For questions, complaints or account closure, contact Support or use the direct deletion process. Governing-law, consumer-information and any other operator-specific legal clauses must be confirmed before these terms are published as final.
