Get help with your studio

Email info@bissolux.com for account access, credits, purchases, uploads, saved creations or a generation that needs review. Describe what happened, when it happened and whether you used iOS, Android or the website. Include a job or transaction reference if you have one.

Never send your password, session token, provider API key, full card number or purchase credentials. Share only the media needed to explain a problem, and only if you have permission to share it. Support replies are handled by the Bissolux team; no response-time guarantee is made.

A generation or download failed

Keep the original job reference and check its current status in your library. An uncertain provider submission may still exist. Recover that same request instead of creating another paid attempt. Definite failures release eligible held credits according to the paid period and refund state; uncertain outcomes remain reserved until verified.

If an output was generated but could not be saved, ask support to check storage recovery for the existing job. Buying more credits or generating again is not a recovery step.

Purchases and renewal

Check that you are signed into the same AI Campaign Studio account. Use Restore purchases on mobile when available. A store confirmation or a return from Stripe alone does not update your wallet; the backend must verify the paid period.

Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Turn off renewal with the store account that made the purchase. For Stripe web subscriptions, open Plans & credits in the workspace menu and choose Manage billing or Cancel renewal before deleting your account.

You can request account deletion without waiting for a paid period to end. Review and acknowledge any continuing subscription before confirming deletion.

Report a harmful or unauthorized result

Open a completed output in your library or creation history and choose Report output. Select a reason, optionally add a short description and explicitly send it. A received receipt confirms storage for review, not a completed moderation decision or a refund. You can also send the job reference and concern to info@bissolux.com. Tell us if the issue involves impersonation, a person's likeness, intellectual property, harassment or unsafe content. Do not resend illegal material or unnecessary personal information. Support can investigate the private record and take appropriate account or content action.

AI Campaign Studio is for nonsexual marketing, memes and original brand entertainment. It has no public user feed or automatic ad publishing.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the privacy notice or account deletion guide. You can request deletion from Account settings without an email-only support process. If you cannot access your account, contact info@bissolux.com; reasonable identity verification may be needed before account-specific information is disclosed.
